Eva Pagán Reclaims Her Roots with Bilingual Electro-Pop Anthem “In The Mirror”

With her new single “In The Mirror,” New York-based artist Eva Pagán marks a powerful return, reintroducing herself with a sound that’s as bold as it is deeply personal. Formerly known as Eva Westphal, Pagán sheds old skin and steps confidently into her heritage, weaving electro-pop vibrance with traditional Puerto Rican instrumentation. It’s a genre-blending, bilingual anthem that speaks to identity, home, and self-reflection.

“In The Mirror” is a sonic mirror of her multicultural reality. English and Spanish lyrics flow seamlessly over glossy synths and rhythmic percussions, nodding to Charli XCX's edgy pop and the global flair of Emilia and TINI. The result is a track that feels at once familiar and fresh, equally fit for dancefloor escapism and late-night introspection.

The single is the first glimpse into an upcoming EP exploring the idea of “home” through the lens of a second-generation queer woman of Puerto Rican descent.
