Chosen Undead Unleash Raw Power with “Karmic Justice”: A Metalcore Reckoning

Emerging from Hainburg, Germany, Chosen Undead make a fierce first impression with their debut single “Karmic Justice.” The track hits like a war cry, relentless, emotional, and soaked in the spirit of retribution. Drawing from themes of betrayal and revenge, the band channels pure rage into melody, shaping a sonic assault that speaks to the wounded and the defiant alike.

Formed in 2024, the five-piece band, Julien Triebel (vocals), Yanni Georg (lead guitar/vocals), Martin Kronau (rhythm guitar), Marco Welsch (bass), and Louis Götz (drums), combines diverse influences from melodic death metal to thrash and hard rock. That fusion shines through on “Karmic Justice,” where cinematic breakdowns meet blistering guitar riffs and guttural vocals that echo with pain and purpose.

Inspired in part by the dark fantasy of Dark Souls, the song builds a chilling narrative: a traitor falls, karma strikes, and vengeance becomes sacred. But beyond the brutality lies craftsmanship.

The production is tight, the energy unrelenting, and the chorus delivers a cathartic release. Chosen Undead have not just arrived, they’ve detonated onto the metalcore map.
