JACRE’s “Holy”: A Lush Acoustic Anthem for Love, Stillness, and Sacred Rebellion

Emerging from the quiet countryside of Blackborough, England, Jacre delivers something truly transcendent with his latest single, “Holy,” a soul-stirring collaboration with indie folk songstress Lucie Glang. Co-written and produced by Dominic Romano, the track is an intimate, acoustic meditation that finds divinity not in stained glass, but in shared silence, green forests, and gentle touch.

With haunting string arrangements by Harley Eblen, Jacre’s soft fingerpicked guitar and Glang’s tender vocals unfold like a prayer to simplicity.

“Holy” is not religious in the traditional sense; it’s a sacred ode to mindfulness and connection. Lyrics like “Let’s walk among the holy places / Of sacred green and blue” feel like a romantic protest against the noise of modern life.

The production, mixed by Charles-Henry Volk and mastered by Philip Marsden, stays raw and grounded, letting emotion breathe in every note.
